Easter Eggs is one reason why many fans of comics-based TV series stay close to their television sets or computer (literal at times). To make sure that they won't miss any clues for upcoming character, o reference to another superhero, they keep their eyes on their TV sets as if they were hypnotized. The Flash series is no exception. In its last episode titled 'Going Rogue', the Flash series treated fans to another Easter Egg, which is probably the biggest on TV.

The Flash series literally flashed a picture of the Justice League. However, if you are the ones who didn't pay enough attention, you probably would have not noticed it because it was well hidden. In a scene in the lobby of Cental City's police department, there was a mural of seven Greco-Roman gods. Well, the figures in that mural are not really Zeus and company. They are seven top superheroes of the DC Universe. Superman as Zeus, Batman as Hades, Wonder Woman as Hera, the Flash as Hermes, Green Arrow as Apollo, Aquaman as Poseidon, and the Green Lantern as Hephaestus.

Not convinced yet? Then better watch the episode of the Flash series again.

ET Online caught up with The Flash series head production designer Tyler Harron and talk about that justice League Easter egg. Turned out, he deliberately had that mural included in the episode.

"When I found out that I was going to do this show, this was the first thing that I designed," Harron spilled to ETonline on the set of The Flash in Vancouver.

"I've always been a huge DC fan and so it was really easy for me to say that I need to put this one Easter egg in here. All of the sets were based off of this."

"I wanted to do a deco [themed] set and [the sculpting style of] bas-relief in the deco era was rampant and so was the Greek mythology in their sculptures," Harron explained. "So I said I'd like to put in an Easter egg that represents all each one of the Justice League members."

That was amazing right? Let's see how Harron and his crew and outdo the latest Easter Egg in the next The Flash series episodes.
