RedBrick Pizza To Open First Restaurant In Nebraska

RedBrick Pizza announced its first Nebraska restaurant will open just in time for holiday shopping at Oakview Mall in Omaha. The current location is known to be one of the several restaurants that are planned to be developed in the area for the next three years.

Placed at 3420 Oak View Dr, the new RedBrick Pizza Kitchen + Cafe features the new "Modern Milan" and showcases the open flame brick oven of the restaurant with a touch of modern Italian design. The restaurant is known for serving a gourmet pizza that is baked to perfection in as fast as 3 minutes.

COO of Redbrick Pizza Chris Pfau, said, "We believe Omaha is the perfect city to open our first RedBrick Pizza restaurant in Nebraska."

"Omaha has a growing community of pizza lovers continually searching for a higher quality pizza. RedBrick Pizza uses the highest quality better for you ingredients, organic sauce, made from scratch dough combining brick oven tradition with new world recipes," said Pfau.

The Oakview Mall location is immediately available for sale to some franchise owners, who are interested in opening new outlets and have restaurant experience.

Pfau said, "We see an increasing demand for healthy eating options and RedBrick Pizza with gluten-free pizza options, fresh ingredients and no butter in the house is poised to become a fan favorite in this continually growing consumer market."
