Jolla Tablet is produced by the Finnish company Jolla and is also called the "first truly crowd-sourced tablet".
This project came from the previous work called MeeGo project. It is a part of a campaign running on Indiegogo, which has already raised a nearly $670,000 on Indiegogo on its tablet production project. It has earned more than its $300,000 goal on its first day and has reached $1,089,378 from 6,848 backers in just 2 days.

Jolla's independent open Sailfish OS with its cutting edge user experience works perfectly on bigger screen sizes, and we are super excited to bring the world's best multitasking experience to the tablet size. For the Jolla Tablet we are partnering with Intel, to secure the best device performance, and reliability.
The Jolla Tablet is powered by an independent operating system called Sailfish OS 2.0. It is a 7.85″ 2048×1536 330 ppi capacative touchscreen device running an Intel 1.8GHz quad core processor with 32GB onboard storage and 2GB RAM. A 5MP rear camera is complimented by a 2MP front shooter whereas power is provided by a 4300mAh battery. The usual connectivity is provided including GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0
There is also a Micro SD Card slot, Micro USB and a 3.5mm headphone jack to round things off that is set in a frame that measures only 8.3mm thick.

Multitasking: Sailfish OS shows all the running apps conveniently in one single view. The user can control all apps directly from the multitasking view, for example, change your music or play and pause your video stream without opening the app in full.
Super-Fast Interactions: The tablet works with the user's natural hand movements through gestures. No pushing of tiny buttons is required.
All the Apps the User could Dream Of: Aside from its own native apps, Sailfish OS also has the capability to run Android apps.

Tthe Jolla Tablet deliveries are expected to start in the second quarter of 2015 for the first contributors on Indiegogo.
