Fuddruckers opened its latest franchise burger store in the town of Carolina in Puerto Rico this week, located on 64 Infanteria Km 6.1 Barrio San Anton.
Fuddruckers, who claim to have the "World's Greatest Hamburgers," will have its latest store run by franchisee Max Olivera of Caribbean Investment Group, Corp., and is in actuality a relocation of a Fuddruckers that was previously found at Los Colobos Shipping Center, sand a press release issued by Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants, LLC on Tuesday. This is the fifth Fuddruckers store to be found in the island commonwealth nation of Puerto Rico.
"We appreciate the efforts of Caribbean Investment Group, Corp.to continue elevating the guest experience in Carolina, and we are pleased that customers now have a more convenient and attractive, new location to enjoy our premium fast casual fare," Peter Tropoli, Chief Operating Officer, was quoted as stating for the press release.
Regional menu items available at the new Puerto Rico branch of Fuddruckers includes the Boriqua Burger made with amarillos (sweet plantain), which can be customized at Fuddruckers' famous Build Your Own produce bar, noted the press release, which feature various toppings and fixtures like tomatoes, lettuce, sliced onions, dill pickles, pico de gallo, and Fuddruckers cheese sauce.
"A Fuddruckers' signature is the delicious sesame-topped buns that are baked from scratch on-site throughout the day to achieve the perfect combination of crisp crust and melt-in-your-mouth texture," the press release stated.
Fuddruckers has been around since 1980 since its inception in Texas, and has obsessed with making the best hamburgers available, noted the press release, especially burgers that are grilled-to-order. The burger meat, they noted, is never frozen and 100 percent USDA premium-cut beef with no fillers or additives, stated the press release. There are 58 Fuddruckers restaurants in the United States and Canada, as well as locations in 93 cafeterias, and four non-core restaurants, the press release said.
