Elizabeth Berkley and husband Greg Lauren are the proud parents of a new baby boy.

"I am moved to share the birth of our new baby boy, Sky Cole Lauren," she tweeted. "Thank you for your beautiful wishes and blessings. We are grateful!
The "Showgirls" and "Saved by the Bell" actress had the baby on July 20 and weighed in at 8 pounds when he was born, People reported Monday. Mom, incidentally, turned 40 on Saturday.
This is the first child for Berkley and husband Greg Lauren; they have been married since November 2003.
"In life there are moments you cherish forever and this is one of them," Berkley told TMZ in March, when she went public with the pregnancy.
"The moment we both saw him it was love at first sight," the couple told People. "We are over the moon and grateful to start this amazing adventure together as a family."
The "Ask Elizabeth" author was not the only "Bell" alum to notch one for the family album this month: Former costar Mark-Paul Gosselaar got hitched on Saturday to Catriona McGinn.
