"Grey's Anatomy" actor Patrick Dempsey's wife Jullian Flick files a divorce after 15 year of marriages. In Jillian Fink's divorce filing on Jan. 23, she allegedly cited irreconcilable differences and requested spousal and child support from Patrick Dempsey, according to a new report from TMZ.
Jillian is said to have asked for joint custody of their children, a 12-year-old girl and 7-year-old twin boys.
"It remains to be seen whether it will be amicable," a source told TMZ.
"She's all about the kids," the source added.
Radar Online adds that aside from the spousal support, the make-up artist also asked the court to deny him any support from her. She also allegedly "requested to keep her jewelry, as well as her earnings from and after the date of their separation."
The "Grey's Anatomy" star and the make-up artist told People in a statement:
"It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage. 'Our primary concern remains the wellbeing of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family's privacy at this very sensitive time." (via The Daily Mail)
It was also reported that the couple didn't sign up for a pre-nuptial agreement, and Jillian is entitled for the $40 million net worth of Dr. Mcdreamy.
Dempsey was away in Florida racing at the 24 Hours of Daytona endurance event when Fink filed divorce papers, USA Today adds.
The 49-year old actor met his makeup artist estranged wife in a hair salon, the same year he divorced his first wife. The couple wed on Jul. 31, 1999 and blessed with three children: 12-year-old daughter Tallulah Fyfe and twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen, 7.
