Reptile is back!

As the game's release date draws near, NetherRealm Studios unveils another favorite character who returns to "Mortal Kombat X." Fans are even more hyped as they find Reptile back and is ready to take on opponents with his claws.

The classic character has now evolved into a more reptilian creature, far from how he was depicted during the early parts of the "Mortal Kombat" series. Reptile is famous for his acid spit attack and that unforgettable tongue grab fatality. Reptile is seen using his venomous spit to throw off Kung Lao, followed by capturing him with his powerful reptilian tongue to incapacitate his opponent. Then he uses his horribly sharp claws to injure. There are also other "variants" of Reptile's spit shown in the trailer. The fatality move is also another step-up for Reptile, and this definitely isn't for those with weak stomachs.

Apart from Reptile and Kung Lao, there have also been other characters revealed in come "Mortal Kombat X" release date. Among them are Goro, the four-armed half human, Kano, the mercenary, Kitana, the princess, Quan Chi, the necromancer, Raiden, the thunder god and Scorpion, the undead ninja.

Sub-Zero who possess powers that control ice, Cassie Cage who is the daughter of Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade, D'Vorah, the insect-like woman, Ferra/Torr, a dwarf woman and a giant, and Kotal Kahn, the blood god will also appear come "Mortal Kombat X" release date.
