It looks like Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger weren't affected by the latter's alleged wild time at Cabo San Lucas.

The young couple were spotted together in public for the first time last Monday since the Schwarzenegger's Spring Break controversy, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Instead of fighting, Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger were seen kissing, holding hands, and laughing together during their sushi dinner at Kiwami.

"It was just the two of them," US Weekly quoted a supposed witness. "They were out on the patio for about an hour."

Even Cyrus' celebrity dad, Billy Ray Cyrus defended the Kennedy offspring's actions in Cabo.

"He had fun," a video from TMZ quoted the country star. "He's a good boy."

Schwarzenegger certainly had fun during his time at the beach party. He was photographed in a seemingly intimate embrace with a Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sister whom the model noted was his best friend's girlfriend.

A couple of days later, TMZ released shots of him with ex-girlfriend Taylor Burns at the same party.

He tried to explain the situation through Twitter, emphasizing that he "would NEVER do anything against my GF."

His sister, Katherine, also defended her little brother from angry fans.

"A lot of you guys spreading hate need Jesus in your lives ASAP," she posted on Twitter about all the hate that her brother was getting on the microblogging site.

When someone pointed out that the photos were "insensitive" and compromising, the 25-year-old only answered with, "ever heard of spring break?!"

Meanwhile, according to US Weekly's sources, the 21-year-old USC student had a hard time tracking down his girlfriend after the photos came out. The publication also reported that the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker has her beau "on probation" right now.
