The newest royal baby had her first ever photocall with her parents just 12 hours after Kate Middleton was admitted to St. Mary's Hospital early Saturday morning.

They proceeded home to Kensington Palace right after.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge presented their sleeping daughter to the world just a few hours after her birth was announced on May 2. The baby princess weighed in at 8 lbs. and 3 oz. (3.7kg) baby and is fourth in line to the throne after her grandfather Prince Charles, her father Prince William and brother Prince George.

According to BBC, everything happened quickly. The royal baby was born just three hours after Duchess Kate arrived at the hospital. Excited followers of the monarch camped outside of St. Mary's Hospital to await the birth of the Cambridge's new family member.

After the birth announcement at 8:34 AM, Prince William exited the hospital to fetch his eldest son, 21-months-old big brother Prince George. They came back awhile later in matching blue outfits. The little prince even waved adorably to the crowd as he got carried inside the hospital by his beaming father to meet his new little sister.

Although the news outlet said that the new princess' name would not be announced anytime today, a betting pool was set up to guess the little monarch's possible moniker.

Names like Olivia, Elizabeth, Diana, Alexandra and Mary were suggested. However, Alice, Charlotte and Victoria are currently the crowd's favorite.

On the other hand, people on Twitter were hoping for a more unconventional name for the princess.

"Still hope they pick a modern girls name like Randy as Randy-Windsor has a good ring to it," one person tweeted.

"Wouldn't it be great if Kate and will called the princess something different like Britney or Shania," another Twitter user suggested.

Meanwhile, Princess Kate's mother and sister, Carole and Pippa Middleton were the first visitors at Kensington Palace after the new royal baby was born on Saturday. Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, who publicly hoped for a granddaughter, were the next batch to arrive.

The Cambridges will reportedly head on to Anmer Hall in Sandringham for the rest of the summer.
