Ryan Reynolds’ Twitter Outrage Over ‘One Direction’s’ Year-Long Hiatus – Actor Reveals He Has A 1D Tattoo!

Ryan Reynolds, like most "One Direction" fans, felt frustrated and outraged over the British boy band's year-long hiatus.

From his busy schedule, the actor took the time to express those feelings as best as he could within the 140 Twitter character limit.

Reynolds, who is currently enjoying being a father to his and Blake Lively's baby, tweeted what seemed like an appeal to Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

"Do NOT make me regret this One Direction tattoo on my lower back, fellas," Ryan Reynolds wrote on Twitter.

While this may reflect most 1D fangirls' reaction to the boys' one-year break from the Hollywood scene, it is clear that Reynolds was joking -- he doesn't have a "One Direction" tramp stamp on his lower back! Does he?

Either way, Ryan Reynold's lighthearted take on the sad "One Direction" news seems like the actors' own way to cheer up 1D fans.

A few months ago, Reynolds also shared his reaction over the news of Zayn Malik leaving the British group.

When a fan randomly asked Ryan Reynolds over at Twitter: "How sad are you about Zayn leaving One Direction?" And his answer?

"I refuse to believe this," Reynolds said. "That's like Taylor Swift leaving Taylor Swift."

On Aug. 23, 1D fans were devastated by the news of "One Direction" deciding to take a "long hiatus" starting March 2015 to focus on their solo careers as well as their personal lives.

This was also confirmed by former X-Factor judge, Louis Walsh, who also helped put the boy band together back in the U.K.

"It's the best way to go out when you go out on a high and they have been phenomenal," Walsh said. "They are global stars and their success has been amazing."

"Nothing has gone wrong, it's just that they need a break," he added.

The decision came just three months after one of its members, Zayn Malik, left the group to pursue a solo career.
