Xbox Live was reportedly down for some Xbox 360 owners.

Product Reviews reported that on Sept. 8, Xbox Live members with Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles were surprised as the servers went down as there wasn't announced system maintenance on Xbox Live's page.

Xbox Live in the UK, US and Australia for an unknown reason were unable to sign in on their accounts.

As gamers took to Twitter to share this another Xbox Live Down issue, Microsoft confirmed on its Xbox Live page that there are issues on logging on member's account in which this problem was reportedly mainly hit Xbox 360 console owners.

"Xbox members, are you having trouble signing in to Live," a Microsoft official asked Xbox Live members.

"We want you to know our team is working hard and is getting closer to fixing the issue.

"We appreciate all your patience during this process and we'll let you know as soon as we have any new information."

The issues persist on that day and Microsoft added on its post that other services were affected too," including buying downloadable items and downloading items that have already been purchased," Express reported.

"Are you experiencing issues purchasing music, Xbox members," another post from Microsoft official.

Microsoft clarified in a post that "users trying to buy or download digital codes on PC and Mobile platforms will be only the ones faced with these problems."

As of this writing, these issues have been fixed. However, IGN on Xbox 360 is currently limited according to Xbox Live support.

"Hey Xbox members, are you seeing an error screen and having to press "Retry" in order to launch the IGN application, or experiencing latency when playing content in the app?"

"We are aware of the issue and working with our partner to find a fix. Thanks for your patience! We'll update you as soon as we have more info."
