JimGordon might need to bring out his inner Will Graham with the arrival of a villain GCPD has never encountered before.

The city's great detective can never get a rest. After dealing with a lunatic ex-wife Barbara, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) then had to bleed himself out, literally, to fend off professional assassins going after him.
Although he succeeded in escaping threats from those killers, the job is not yet done.
At the end of the latest episode called "A Bitter Pill to Swallow," Gordon met another notorious killer. The catch is this one's does something that previous criminals he fought with would not do.
Famous DC villain Flamingo debut last Monday played by Raul Castillo. Flamingo, who first appeared in "Batman #666," instantly made his presence felt in the episode.
When he met Gordon, it is already clear that he could be the match of the fearless cop.
Castillo said his Flamingo was there to push Jim's buttons.
"To me, it's appropriate that [the producers] chose now to introduce Eduardo to the world," Castillo told The Hollywood Reporter.
"The character of Gordon has been pushed to an extreme so far, and now the writers are bringing in the big guns - Eduardo's this fantastic character who can take everything Gordon's going through so far to the next level."
There is no assurance if Flamingo will reappear in "Gotham" but Castillo wants to know more about his psycho character if ever.
"I want to explore more of who this character is," he said. "He's so fascinating to me and we just scratched the surface. I want to know more about his background - he has this really interesting history [in the comic books] that I'd be curious to see how the creative team at Gotham would 'Gotham-ize' it - what made him such a ruthless character."
