"I have a date," the songstress previously posted, sending her fans into giddy excitement. Although she didn't really clarify as to who she was going out with, followers hoped that she was pertaining to Mahone.
On the other hand, another girl was also tagged as Austin Mahone's girlfriend recently.
Brie Angellina, who was lucky enough to get the attention of the "Put It On Me" singer on Instagram, was assumed to be the girl he moved on with. However, the aspiring singer clarified that they were just friends.
"It was simply, he liked the song too and he covered it too. It was just that. We're friends," she reportedly said. "We actually met years ago, and then after I met him, that's when I was cast in his 'Say Somethin' music video as one of the cheerleaders. We've been friends ever since. No, we're not dating. We're just friends."
