Male strippers played by huge Hollywood stars Matthew McConaughey, Channing Tatum, and Alex Pettyfer in "Magic Mike" makes a comeback on the big screen in 2015 for the second time. However, will all the cast be returning for "Magic Mike 2 XXL" cast, spoilers and rumors circle online.
The story of a young man entering the world of male stripping and finds himself in the company of professional and talented male strippers. Played by Alex Pettyfer, Adam becomes quickly engrossed in the lifestyle of male strippers and finds himself at a crossroads of leading a "normal life" and that of a professional night club dancer.
Directed by Steven Soderbergh, "Magic Mike" premiered at the 2012 Los Angeles Film Festival in June 2012, and reception has been at a high with box office success and positive reviews.
"Magic Mike 2: XXL" according to spoilers, will focus on the reunion of the boys for a roadtrip that may lead to a stripper convention. Gregory Jacobs has taken the reigns to direct the sequel, promising fans a fun and light-hearted story, of course infused with hot sexy dancing by the characters Magic Mike played by Channing Tatum) and Big Dick Richie by Joe Manganiello.
Cast members McConaughey and Pettyfer's reprisal of their roles have not yet been confirmed. As the Oscar winner McConaughey may not be affordable with the film's budget, and the latter being slammed by writer/cast member Tatum for bad attitude.
In an interview to the New York Post, as source confirmed the feud between the actors: "Those around them tried to mend their relationship, but Channing doesn't want anything to do with Alex. Channing said he didn't want to do [the shoot] if Alex was there. Alex is known in Hollywood for being rude and difficult." Thus, since Tatum is involved in "Magic Mike 2 XXL", it would prove difficult for Pettyfer to return.
