According to Coming Soon and Deadline, four more actors and actresses have joined Tom Hiddleston's 'I Saw The Light' biopic.

David Krumholtz, Josh Pais, James Dumont and Wrenn Schmidt will be joining the new film alongside already named cast members Elizabeth Olsen and Maddie Hasson.

Olsen from 'Godzilla,' will take on the role of Williams' first wife. Maddie Hasson, from ABC series 'Twisted,' will play Billie Jean, the 19-year-old who Williams pursued after divorcing his first wife and who later became his widow when the country legend died in 1953.

'I Saw The Light' will be based on the life of legendary country singer Hank Williams to be played by 'Thor' star Tom Hiddleston. Although casting the British actor was met with several protests from fans and Williams' own family in the beginning, the 'Avengers' star is slowly winning them over through hard work and determination.

He trained under Rodney Crowell for the role and the country star had nothing but high praise for Tom Hiddleston's casting in 'I Saw The Light.' According to the singer, "the filmmakers chose the right actor for the job."

Crowell wrote a long account on Facebook about his time with Tom Hiddleston as he transformed into Hank Williams. The 33-year-old actor had to lose so much weight just to look like the legendary singer.

According to Crowell, the Hollywood star is "finding his way into the heart of one of the greatest singer-songwriters of all time."

He shared that when he asked "the classically trained British actor" to perform for the Wheatland Music Festival a day after arriving in Nashville, Hiddleston had immediately agreed. He reportedly performed a near perfect version of 'I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry.'

Hiddleston "[skilfully] performed the tune before what must have been 1500 people."

Crowell added, "Later that night, with my band on the main stage, and with very little urging from me, he rendered a joyful version of 'Move It On Over.'"

Crowell concluded his account by praising the British actor's hard work to channel Hank Williams for the film.

"After nearly a month spent collaborating with this gifted artist, I'm as respectful of the man's work ethic as I'm mystified by his transformational skills," he said.
