Following her 14-day extended stay under 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold, troubled "She's The Man" star Amanda Bynes will have to stay in the hospital for 30 more days as decided by the judge who is overseeing her case. According to Mirror, Bynes would have been out of the hospital by Tuesday but her present condition could not sustain her should she be released.

The former Nickelodeon star is said to be "very ill and in no shape to care for herself" according to her doctors as reported by TMZ.

Bynes was put under a 5150 psychiatric hold last October 10, which enables people with mental disorder and are under the category of being a threat to others and to themselves, be taken in against their will. It happened shortly after her shocking tweets against her father whom she accused of physically and sexually abusing her, as well as her recent odd behavior and alleged shoplifting in one of the boutiques in Upper East Side, New York.

It was also evident in her twitter account that she has been in contact with Lufti, who allegedly convinced her to fly to Los Angeles to sue her parents. She soon found her parents and lawyer already expecting her when she arrived at the hospital, which she thought was a Pasadena Law Office, from London Hotel that same day.

The "Sydney White" star's parents were heartbroken when they found out about her tweet against her father. In a statement issued by Arminak, Bynes' siblings Jillian and Tommy said, "We are disturbed beyond words that Amanda would come up with such a fabrication as a way to avoid getting much needed help or treatment."

"We absolutely give our full unconditional love and support to our wonderful parents," they added. Furthermore, Bynes' mother said that her daughter's statements had "no basis in reality" and were a result of her "mental breakdown."
