Nov 06, 2014 05:15 AM EST | By Rolly Gacelo

There is no Da Vinci's Demons Season 3 trailer yet and the closest fans can get to the third season are teaser photos. The Entertainment Weekly provided fans of the Starz show with photos when it visited their set in Swansea last month. The cast were also at the New York Comic-Con to interact with fans and answer their questions personally. This time, it is the lead star Tom Riley who allowed fans to what would Da Vinci's Demons Season 3 would look like through a teaser photo. However, that image didn't answer some questions, it just raised some more.

On his Twitter account, Riley posted a picture of what looks like a platform that is surrounded by vertical chains. His caption for it was "Season 3 - Obscure teaser pic 20. - #behindthescenesFriday #DaVincisDemons." Well, he picked the most perfect word for his Twitter photo, it is indeed concealing a lot of things. What was it about? Is it a cage? Is it a stage for a dancer or a performance hall? Hopefully, Riley will provide us with more, especially with the fact that there's no Da Vinci's Demons Season 3 trailer and release date yet.

Here's the things that have already been confirmed though. According to Da Vinci's Demons Season 3 spoilers from the New York Comic-Con and the cast themselves, major characters will undergo major transformation in their lives.

Laura Haddock's Lucrezia Donati is one of those. The actress said that after being massively let down in the past seasons and content on taking orders from others, Lucrezia will now come into his own and the "the decisions she's making are now hers."

Greg Chillin's Zoroaster will also become a more responsible man in Da Vinci's Demons Season 3.

"Zoroaster is coming to the realization of who he is. He's a very different man by the end of S3," Chillin said.

For Blake Ritson, who plays Da Vinci's main nemesis Count Girolamo Riario, his character is an unpredictable character with complex beautiful arcs. I relish the challenge."

Leonardo Da Vinci will remain as the center of the show and as per Tom Riley, the young genius will be dragged into a darker place because of the decisions and troubles he made in season 2.
