Xiaomi Mi5 Leaked Photos: 'Apple Of China' Might Launch Another Flagship Called Mi5; See All The Details You Have To Know So Far

An alleged Xiaomi Mi5 leaked online that's circulating over the internet.

The purpotedly Xiaomi Mi5 photo is reported it leaked on China's social media Weibo as a user named @ilevon posted two photos that is speculated straight from the production line.

As reports say, with its Mi branding that we can see on the spy photos this might be the successor of the Xiaomi Mi4.

Business Insider describes the phone as " There are virtually no bezels along the side of the display, which gives the phone a slim and premium look. It appears to be significantly bigger than the Mi4." Xiaomi is also known a copycat of its iPhone's design, but base on the leaked photo the alleged Xiaomi MI5 resembles the HTC One.

The Xiaomi Mi4 was launched three months ago and with its success looks like Xiaomi is now on the works of the Mi4's successor.

Though Xiaomi sells its smartphones in selected regions. It is now the no. 1 phone manufacturer in China and surpassed Korean tech giant Samsung in the Q2, according to research firm Canalys reported by Business Insider.

Business Insider also added that; " It's also the third-largest smartphone maker in the world in terms of globalt shipments." Base on this report it is now tailing behind Samsung and Apple.

We could only keep our hopes that the Xiaomi Mi5 can surpass its predecessor.

The Xiaomi Mi4 boasts a 5-inch Full HD display with a 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 2.5 GHZ quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and a 3GB of RAM. It sports a 13MP rear camera with with f/2.2 aperture and dual-LED flash and 8MP Sony Exmor IMX219 front camera.

If the alleged Xiaomi Mi5 will feature higher specs than of the Xiaomi Mi4 it'll surely one of the best Android phones. Unfortunately, it is only available in selected regions.
