Crushed Red Introduces Chop Top Pizza

Crushed Red Urban Bake and Chop introduced the Chop Top Pizza, a kind of pizza prepared in the same way as the healthy chopped salad by using mezzaluna knives.

Founder of Crushed Red, Chris LaRocca said, "The Chop Top Pizzas have better topping distribution for a better flavor profile in every bite."

"We've been using this premise for our chopped salads and thought the same concept would make our pizzas even better," said LaRocca.

In some surveys that has been done, guest are overwhelmed and support the Chop Top method.

"If our guests hadn't voiced such a favorable opinion, we most likely would have tabled the idea," said LaRocca. He said that they give utmost priority to what the customers think and consistently find ways to improve the experience of their guests.

Priding itself as a restaurant built on 114 years of collective experience, Crushed Red was founded by Chris LaRocca, a veteran restaurateur, along with Ralph Kalish, Jr. and Powell Kalish, a father and son entrepreneurs. Crushed Red is restaurant that has a new concept that is delicious and healthy and serves food in a fast and guilt-free parts.

The restaurant is considered to be the first entry in the Artisan Fast category. Chris LaRocca, Mike Marino, and Jason Tilford are the artisans who deliver the quality pizza from the chain.
