Having recently announced Marvel's list of superhero movies in the next 4 years, every Marvel fan must be especially excited for the movie which includes all of the earth's mightiest, the Avengers: Infinity War.

According to Digital Spy, one of fans' favorite Marvel villain Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston, will return not only in the movie Thor: Ragnarok, but also in the Avengers: Infinity War, as recently announced by Marvel President Kevin Faige. He also confirmed that God of Mischief Loki's scepter "includes one of the Infinity Stones and it will be placed into the Infinity Gauntlet that will wreak havoc in Avengers: Infinity Part I and Part II." The British actor's character will indeed play a huge role in both movies so expect Loki spreading mischief again that will cause the Avengers all their strength and power to fight against him and his allies.

Meanwhile, Screenrant reports the third Thor solo film will show the prince of Asgard with his allies fight against the Fire Demons of Muspelheim, which includes the main antagonist Surtur. Although there has been no confirmation yet from Marvel or the writers regarding the said plot, Comic Book Movie somehow put two and two together from their interview with Loki Tom Hiddleston during last year's press tour for Thor: The Dark World. The British actor somehow gave a clue that the next movie will be faithful to the Ragnarok plot in the comics.

Hiddleston mentioned, "In the myth, he (Loki) has a wife called Sigyn who protects him from a poison serpent who is dripping venom into his mouth. And she has a bowl over his mouth and of course the bowl keeps filling up and she has to empty it, and so his damnation could be interesting." The actor added, "I don't know... I mean, Loki is a character who's existed in popular consciousness for 3,000 years, so there are many, many iterations I could explore... It's just a question of whether audiences would want to see him again."

Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled to hit theaters on July 28, 2017, while Avengers: Infinity War - Part 1 will be shown on May 4, 2018, and Avengers: Infinity War - Part 2 will hit a year later on May 3, 2019.
