Steak Recipes: Buffets Stores Offering Rancher's Select Sirloin Every Night, Limited Time with Shrimp

Buffets, Inc. announced that starting July 5 it will be selling the Rancher's Select Sirloin every evening at all of its brands, including Ryan's, Country Buffet, HomeTown Buffet, Old Country Buffet, Fire Mountain and Granny's Buffet.

The new sirloin steak, which will be of premium quality, sand a press release issued by Buffets, Inc. on Monday, will be marinated, season, and grilled to guest preferences every evening, from Monday through Sunday. At some of the stores across the United States, consumers interested in purchasing the steak can go straight up to the grill and ask for the type of steak they want, and exactly how they like to have it made. The steaks will be available beginning at 3:30pm local time.

"Our brands have a heritage of great steak, and it's one of the items that guests tell us is most important to them," Jason Abelkop, Chief Marketing Officer for Buffets, stated for the press release. "Making quality steak available at every restaurant every night means our guests can count on a special meal no matter what night of the week they visit. This is about serving our guests real food at a real value - whenever they want it."

In addition to the Rancher's Select Sirloin steak coming this Thursday, the Buffets locations will also be offering the Shrimp LTO golden-brown butterfly variety, as part of the same meal. The steak-and-shrimp meal can have the side orders of a baked potato, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, or a custom creation from the salad bar, listed the press release.

"We know that one of the most popular dinner combinations is steak and shrimp," Greg Graber, Chief Operating Officer, was quoted as saying for the press release.  "Offering butterfly shrimp with our Rancher's Select® Sirloin gives our guests the opportunity to build the perfect surf and turf, every night they visit." 

"Steak makes a special meal for just about everyone," Graber continued. "And making every meal special is what our guests deserve - and what we're committed to giving them."

A variety of desserts, like pies, cakes, cookies, cobbler, and ice cream, will be available for purchase as part of the meals.
