Several more updates and revelations are coming out regarding the recent divorce announcement between actors Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, including how much control the "Mission Impossible" star had over his ex-wife, and how much the "Dawson's Creek" alumni may be getting in the settlement.

Tuesday marked Cruise's milestone 50th birthday, but of course that was not spent with Holmes, who filed for divorce from the actor this past Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. A new report came out from TMZ that Holmes may end up getting nothing in monetary settlement from their prenuptial agreement as it was apparently written in Cruise's favor. Sources told TMZ that Holmes will hardly get any more money than her worth prior to marrying Cruise in 2006, though apparently the actress seems to be fine with this development.

"She's not about the money.  She's not that girl.  She loves to work," sources told TMZ. "Money is not that important to her.  She makes plenty on her own."

Although Holmes may not pocket money from Cruise on her own, she will be going for alimony for six-year-old daughter Suri, aid TMZ, which the two will fight for custody. Holmes filed for sole custody in New York, while Cruise went to California for joint custody of their daughter.

US magazine is also reporting that Cruise forbade Holmes from taking part in a reunion movie for her popular teen drama "Dawson's Creek," citing it would be a step back in her career.

"[Producers] were begging her to sign on for a reunion movie," a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly. "Tom said absolutely no way and thought going backward would be bad."

Holmes, on the other hand, "didn't care how 'low-brow' he thinks Dawson's Creek is," the source told US Weekly. "She wanted to do the movie and reconnect with her fans. And have fun -- something she rarely does anymore."

As for Cruise's birthday, US Weekly got word that the actor headed back to his home in California from Iceland, where he was shooting his movie "Oblivion." No word yet on how Cruise may or may not celebrate his birthday, but Holmes is in New York City, having moved into a new apartment complex in Manhattan.
