Upcoming Sony Xperia Phones 2015: Alleged Mid-range Xperia E4 Photos Leaked; What Has Been Upgraded?

There are  number of leaked upcoming Sony Xperia phones in 2015 that has been circulating over the rumor mill.

Xperia Z4 is expected to be the Japanese tech firm's mid-range phone that will debut at MWC.

Moreover, photos of the fourth in line of the Xperia E series leaked and now making its rounds on the internet.

GSM Arena reported that acccording to a leak from Poland,  that the Xperia E4 should be made official at MWC 2015, and it will be in store shelves by the end of March.

The tech website also added that the the Xperia E4 will be retailed at $200.

The Xperia E4 will be the sucessor of Xperia E3 that was launched in September. In just a few months away we'll be seeing its successor. With the growing Chinese manufacturers that offers lower price tags. Sony doesn't want to fall behind the stiff competition.

Rumors suggest the handset will come in two variants, one will feature support for single-SIM with the model number E2105 and E2115 will be the dual-SIM handset.

Meanwhile, reports also say that the leaked photo is the single-SIM variant.

The upcoming Sony Xperia E4 is expected to sport  a 5-inch 540x960 LCD touchscreen, and will be shipped running Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Under the hood,  MediaTek's MT6582 SoC will keep things running smoothly clocked with a 1.3 GHz quad- core Cortex-A7 CPU, and a Mali-400MP4 GPU, and will be supported by a 1GB of RAM.

The photos that were released show the front screen, along with a close- up shot of the familiar Sony power button on one side. In the pictures, the bezels seem to have shrunk, and the device looks bigger compared to the E3. The overall design looks pretty nice, and well, it looks like another Sony handset, Android Authority said in a report.
