Apparently, even one of the biggest movie stars whom we all love can't stay that happy all the time. "Friends" alum Jennifer Aniston had recently revealed during an interview with "The Dr. Oz Show" that she became "cranky and "irritable" at the time she stopped exercising in preparation for her role in the drama film "Cake".

According to the 45-year-old Aniston, "It's interesting when you stop exercising. It really was interesting how my serotonin levels went down. My stamina was shot. I was cranky. I was irritable." She continued, "I'm usually really not any of those things. I found myself short. I was hungry like crazy."

As previously reported in the news, the "Meet the Millers" star had often went without makeup as well as stopped working out for a couple of months for the role of Claire Simmons. Aniston plays a role of a woman who suffers chronic pain after a tragic car accident. But for the actress, exercising is one of her own reliever.

She continued to tell Dr. Oz, "You realize exercise is just so important to our soul. Not just being able to fit into skinny jeans, to your state of mind, your soul, all of that. I surrendered into it. I actually didn't fight it. I didn't think oh this is horrible. It was such a part of what I enjoyed about mining this character."

Another thing that gave Aniston much fuzziness is her lack of sleep. The actress, though was prepared with questions about her night habits, said, "I have so many questions for you by the way. I have a hard time sleeping. Sleep is a tough one for me. My brain, the committee in my head, if I wake up at three in the morning I just start having conversations and they won't shut up and then I can't get back to sleep."
