Kristen Stewart admits to cheating on her Twilight co-star and real life boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, with her Snow White and the Huntsmen director Rupert Sanders.

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," Stewart said in a statement Wednesday, according to Perez Hilton.

UsWeekly broke the story and has tell-tale photos of the two in an intimate embrace. According to the magazine, the two were "kissing like crazy".

"They'd only take a break whenever someone walked by. It seemed like they couldn't get enough of each other. She was swept up in the moment," the source said.

"Kristen is absolutely devastated," a source tells People. "It was a mistake and a complete lapse in judgment." Us Weekly has also plastered a photo of Stewart and Sanders on its cover that would indicate the two had a romantic relationship.

Sanders, the British director, is married to 33-year-old model, Liberty Ross - who ironically starred in Snow White and the Huntsmen as Queen Eleanor - Stewart's mother. They have two young children, Skyla and Tennyson
