With the back-to-school season nearing, Sam's Club announced massive discounts on large packaged goods and warehouse-sized sets of college student needs.
Sam's Club, looking out for college students who have to pay tens of thousands of dollars, will be offering deals on products from Ramen's soup to Tide Laundry Detergent, noted a press release issued by Sam's Club on Tuesday.
"Stocking up on essentials that last three to eight months, such as laundry goods, apparel basics and snacks, helps to stretch a college student's budget. Sam's Club provides the pack-size and brand-named assortment to fulfill every family's back-to-college shopping needs," Charles Redfield, executive vice president of merchandise for Sam's Club, stated for the press release. "With college students and their families spending an average of $450 a week in tuition, housing, books and fees, they literally cannot afford to be casual with their spending."
