Avengers: Age of Ultron To Feature Working See-Through Mobile Phone From Samsung; Movie Arrives On May 1

In the summer of 2014, Marvel announced their partnership with global electronics giant Samsung, providing some of the movie's cast with exclusive electronic gadgetry.

At the recent 2014 Consumer Electronics show held at Las Vegas, Marvel and Samsung came together for the Korean manufacturers "Night With Marvel" event.

There exclusive footage was shown, IGN provides a description of the clip:

"The footage did contain a couple of new scenes, including a shot of what appears to be Ultron bots bursting through the walls of the train in the slow-mo Quicksilver sequence. In another new shot during the villa sequence, Iron Man flies at the camera, leaving tumbling Ultron bots in his wake. A third sequence showed the destruction of a Samsung-owned building."

At the event, Samsung also exhibited a few of its upcoming products that are slated to appear in the movie. One device that's been made exclusively for Tony Stark in the upcoming film is a real-life see-through mobile phone. The product's description comes from the Iron Man himself via Comic Book:

"What type of phone does a man who has everything need? A sleek and metallic phone that features cutting edge technology designed specifically for Tony Stark. With a striking flexible display, the phone features two different curved panels, taking inspiration from Samsung's Galaxy Note Edge so that important information is displayed separately from the main screen. The device features a hologram glass user interface with finger print security so that even if the device gets into the wrong hands, Tony Stark's personal data stays secure and out of the hands of the enemy. "

As it will be an exclusive, we won't be seeing the see-through phone hitting consumer markets anytime soon. On a positive note, Tony Stark's Acura NSX supercar that made an appearance back in 2011 in the first film has been unveiled at the recent NAIAS and will be available to the public.
