Disney's 'Beauty And The Beast' Casting Confirmed By Emma Watson! 'Downton Abbey' Cast Dan Stevens As Belle's Beast

Disney is proving to be serious in bringing the classic animated fairy tale, "Beauty and the Beast" live action movie in the big screen.

Soon after "Dracula Untold" star Luke Evans' casting as the villain, Gaston was confirmed, Belle has finally find her Beast.

Emma Watson, who'll be portraying Belle (Beauty), personally welcomed Evans and her soon-to-be on screen partner, "Downton Abbey" cast Dan Stevens to the team via Twitter.

"Could not be more happy that this man will be Beast!!! Welcome aboard @thatdanstevens #beautyandthebeast," Watson posted together with a photo of Stevens.

In a separate Twitter post, the 24-year-old "Harry Potter" alum also greeted Evans.

"Bonjour Gaston! Welcome! #BeautyAndTheBeast," she posted.

While she did not welcome this other rumored cast, Daily Mail reported that the casting team is in negotiations with Oscar award winning actress Emma Thompson to give life to the housekeeper turned teapot, who helped Belle adjust in her new life in the palace, Mrs. Potts.

While Watson is busy welcoming her co-stars, Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" live action movie adaptation is speculated to be featured as a musical rather than a traditional story-telling format.

The speculations sparked soon after Watson posted a confirmation of her casting via Facebook.

"I'm finally able to tell you... that I will be playing Belle in Disney's new live-action Beauty and the Beast!" Watson excitingly confirmed. "It was such a big part of my growing up, it almost feels surreal that I'll get to dance to 'Be Our Guest' and sing 'Something There.' My six year old self is on the ceiling-heart bursting. Time to start some singing lessons. I can't wait for you to see it."

"Twilight" director Bill Condon is on board to helm Disney's version of the live action movie adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast."
