The HTC One M9 and Samsung Galaxy S6 are finally official and now up for pre-orders in some select regions, while their rumored competitor the LG G4 didn't show up on the two recently concluded tech events and has been said to be launched sometime in April.

Ahead of its release, onleaks has been the constant source of leaked details about the LG G4. OnLeaks is a Twitter account managed by NoWhereElse editor Steve Hemmerstoffer, and according to its latest post the upcoming flagship will feature a 5.6-inch screen - larger than what people expected, Techno Buffalo reports.

GSM Arena adds that onleaks also posted the press render of the LG G4, which reveals a gray color scheme on its back and resembles the design of its predecessor, while its front reveals a curved display like the LG G Flex 2. The press render also shows a noticeable bigger camera lens and dual-LED Flash.

Specs wise, the LG G4 is expected to be armed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and a 3GB of RAM.

Other features may include the typical fingerprint scanner on high-end variants, 16MP rear shooter and will be fresh out in the box running on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

There have been a lot of rumors sprawling around about the upcoming flagship, but another leak will surely thrill everyone. LG is said to be finally joining the bandwagon of phablets currently dominated by Samsung as a phablet variant is in the works too, claimed Talk Android

Tech Radar also cited that LG has hinted at the MWC that another flagship will be unveiled later this year, this leads to speculations about the LG G4 Note that could challenge the legendary Note series of Samsung. The rumored LG G4 Note might sport a 5.8-inch screen and could fetaure the LG G Pen which was recently patented by the company.
