ZINGA! Frozen Yogurt Now Open in Reading, MA

The wait is finally over! Longtime Reading resident Jerry Pothier, Camille Bardaro of Medford, and Caitlin Merullo of Boxford are thrilled to announce that ZINGA! "The World's Best Frozen Yogurt" has opened its self-serve frozen yogurt store at 50 Haven Street, Reading, MA 01867 (former site of The Atlantic Food Mart).

Quality products and friendly service contribute to ZINGA!'s success. The self-serve concept allows frozen yogurt lovers to decide how much or how little they want, have fun mixing any combination of flavors and toppings, then pay by the ounce!

The ZINGA! Reading store will offer 12 rotating flavors of fat-free and low calorie, delicious frozen yogurt daily, and over 50 toppings, including a wide variety of fresh fruits. With over 40 flavors in rotation, including Pacific Coast Tart, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Café au Lait, Red Velvet Cake, and non-dairy sorbets, yogurt lovers can stop by every day for a delightful new experience!

All of ZINGA!'s frozen yogurt flavors meet The National Yogurt Association's standards for Live and Active Cultures and are Kosher certified too. ZINGA! does not add any dry ingredients to its product and in addition to being both tasty and refreshing, this pro-biotic yogurt is a healthy alternative to other snack food choices.

All of the owners are thrilled to be starting this venture together. "We are truly excited to be bringing a quality franchise like ZINGA! to Reading," says Jerry, a Reading resident for over 32 years. ZINGA! Reading is highly committed to being involved with the local community. They are teaming up with EMARC of Reading, a non-profit charitable corporation that helps children and adults with developmental disabilities live, work and play in our communities. "Our goal is to help raise awareness and support for the EMARC programs," says Jerry who participates in the EMARC Special Olympic Sports Programs with his son, David.
