Reports have it that the Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Manny Pacquiao fight tickets will not be as cheap as those that were sold for the two fighters' previous fights.

According to Las Vegas insiders, seeing the fight of the decade will cost a person $1,000 to $1,500 at the low end and $5,000 to $7,500 for the best seats.

As if this is not a bad news yet, here is another scoop that will break the hearts of those that want to see this generation's most successful fighters slug it out live.

According to Dog House Boxing, Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Manny Pacquiao fight tickets are not only expensive, they are also limited. The sports website wrote:

"Here is the good news and bad news. Good news first - Tickets for public consumption are expected to hit the market next week. The bad news - not many tickets will be made available to the public."

Dog House Boxing added Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Manny Pacquiao Fight tickets won't be able to fill half of the MGM Grand Arena where it will be held on May 2.

"The MGM Grand has a capacity of 17,000 but according to SeatGeek analyst Conner Gregoire, only about 600 or 700 tickets will be available to the general public."

Skysports, the network who won the right to air the mega bout has released numbers to avail pay-per-view right for the fight.

According to the Guardian, "cost of the event for viewers will be £19.95 and €24.95 across all forms of booking up until midnight Friday 1 May. From then on the cost will still be £19.95/€24.95 if bookings are made via remote control and online, but will cost £24.95/€29.95 if booked via the phone. An additional £2 booking fee still applies if bookings are made via a telephone agent."
