People have different takes on the Floyd Mayweather Jr. Manny Pacquiao fight.

Some think Pacquiao will win because of his style that has emphasis on attack while other thinks it is Pretty Boy who will be triumphant because of his indestructible defense backed by his sneaky jabs. Right now, the two fighters are deep in their training for their upcoming face-off on May 2 at the MGM Grand Arena.

The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Manny Pacquiao fight will feature two of the most skillful fighters of the recent generation. Still, that is not enough to dominate a fight. Both need additional motivation. Mayweather wants to keep his slate clean while Manny Pacquiao has more than one reason to fight. First, Pacman is driven to prove that he is better than his American counterpart and second, he is driven by Floyd's domestic abuse.

According Manny Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach, his boxer is motivated by the fact that his upcoming foe committed one mistake that he hates the most, hurting women.

"Manny is really against domestic violence," Roach said. "It is a big issue maybe in the Philippines for him and being a congressman he can control some of that stuff. That is a big plus for me that Manny does not like the guy, I think the killer instinct is going to come back a lot faster."

Mayweather Jr was sentenced to an 87-day jail term in 2012 for domestic abuse on his wife.

The two camps have been trading barbs for months now and mostly, it is Manny Pacquiao's camp who have been dissing Mayweather, mostly about the latter's morale and lifestyle. Last month, Freddie Roach hits out at Pretty Boy for the undefeated American's lavish spending. Now, he also talks about how bad Pretty Boy is and even thinks of bringing cops once the Floyd Mayweather Jr Manny Pacquiao fight takes place.

"It is really hard to say these things in public but I know (Mayweather) is a bad guy. (I see the fight as) good against evil, yes," Roach said according to Boxing Scene.

"I have even thought about bringing a couple of the metro cops from Vegas in to tell Manny how many times (Mayweather) has been arrested and how bad of a guy he is, but I decided I can't go that far. He already doesn't like him, I think we are okay. For the first time in my life with Manny Pacquiao, this is the first fighter he hasn't liked. I can tell."
