Fans are eagerly waiting for Square Enix's announcement of the highly anticipated "Final Fantasy XV" release date following the bundled demo with "Type 0-HD."

While there hasn't been an official statement, Kdramastars reported that the infamous and suspicious source called Cyberland  revealed that the the game will hit the shelves sometime in May of next year.

Square Enix on the other hand is proud to announce that "Final Fantasy Type 0-HD" that was bundled with the demo of "Final Fantasy XV" following a huge success since its release date last March 17.

The official Final Fantasy Twitter page announced the great news saying,

"Congratulations. Cumulative shipments of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD has surpassed over one million units worldwide."

According to Attack of the Fanboy, the gaming studio continued to tease gamers with "Final Fantasy XV" as they followed up the congratulatory tweet with a photo of Ace and Noctis together.

Meanwhile, Square Enix who has partnered with Taiwanese based company, XPEC, added that fans should definitely watch out for the "Final Fantasy XV" because it will be "more approachable" for the gamers.

Game director Hajime Tabata talked about the possible plot details explaining how the upcoming gaming title would have better playing experience during an interview with GameSpot.

"Speaking honestly, an all-male party feels almost more approachable for players," he explained. "Even the presence of one female in the group will change their behavior, so that they'll act differently. So to give the most natural feeling, to make them feel sincere and honest, having them all the same gender made sense in that way."

He explained that an all-male mode would make a huge difference to the players attitude and behavior.

Furthermore, Tabata is confident that the world is excited to see how an all-male party would bring something different to the gaming franchise.

"The world might be ready to see the curtain lifted on what boys do when girls aren't around, when they come out of the tent all prim and proper. That's kind of the idea behind it... we think, male or female player, that everyone will feel a certain connection and bond with the four characters."

And while rumors and speculations of "Final Fantasy XV" release date have been rampant, Tabata confessed that the game's development is still at 60 percent progress.

"To clarify on that 60 percent figure, it's the playable demo that represents the 60 percent, which is what [I] was referring to in February," he said. "The main challenge right now is taking all the lessons we learned from making the demo and turning them into something positive to bring to the full game."

Adding, "In the demo, we were able to focus on one of those pillars and really bring that across to players--you'll be able to see it. But there still remain two pillars that players may not fully appreciate from the demo. As we head towards release of the full game, promotion wise, how we can show this to users what's coming up, and conveying that to our fans, is one of the challenges."

Tabata also promised fans that the the upcoming fantasy adventure RPG will be the best there is from the franchise.

"We really think that the feeling of the journey, adventure, and bonding that no other Final Fantasy has been able to do before, we'll be able to achieve that in Final Fantasy XV," Tabata said.

Just like any other upcoming games confirmed from different studios, details about "Final Fantasy XV" release date and gameplay are expected to be announced at E3 2015 happening on June 16-18.
