Brigitte Nielsen is confirmed to have had a "hot affair" with Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Austrian-born muscle man reveals in his memoir "Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story."
According to the Associated Press, Arnold Schwarzenegger is confirming that he shared intimate moments with actress Brigitte Nielsen at the same time he and Maria Shriver were dating and already living together.
The 65-year-old star says that he and Nielsen shared a passionate tryst whilst filming their action film "Red Sonja" in 1985. Meanwhile, Nielsen was married to fellow action star and one of Schwarzenegger's pals, Sylvester Stallone.
Nielsen write in a memoir published last year that she and Schwarzenegger had an "outrageous affair" while making the movie and that she did know until later that he was involved with Shriver. Schwarzenegger shares that their "fling" only made him realize that he wanted to marry Shriver.
The "Terminator" star and former California Governor is reportedly hellbent on keeping all of the proceeds from the autobiography for himself, even though his relationship with Maria Shriver makes up a huge bulk of the book, sources told TMZ.
Arnold and Maria were together for 34 years and married for 25, and their times together are exhaustively dealt with in the forthcoming book. They split last year after the actor revealed he was having an affair with his housekeeper Mildred Baena and had fathered her son.
Maria, a former journalist and Arnold got married in April 1986, and have four children together - Katherine, 22, Christina, 21, Patrick, 19, and 15-year-old Christopher.
