Following the box office success of Marvel's "The Avengers: Age of Ultron," fans are already clamoring to hear news about "Avengers 3."

While the third installment of the superhero movie franchise is still three years from now, there's already ongoing rumors about possible plot spoilers.

Opening with a massive $187.6 million, "Age of Ultron" saw new characters including Scarlett Witch portrayed by Elizabeth Olsen and Quicksilver played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

Warning for those who haven't watched the movie spoilers ahead!

The twins, Scarlett Witch and Quicksilver who started out as villains eventually turned out to be good guys in the movie, however he met his heroic end during the last scenes of the movie where he saved Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye from Ultro (James Spader).

However, his untimely demise reportedly has an alternate story which leads fans to speculate that he could still appear in "Avengers 3."

In an interview with Cinema Blend, actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson revealed that there is actually a version of the story where his character would have survived the movie.

"It's [the] Marvel universe," he said.

"It was very much our intention to kind of go the way we did. There was a costume designed for whether... if I didn't [die]. Which was fucking really cool. I was like, 'Oh my God.'I'm not sure if I really can really go down that realm, but you know, yeah, it was definitely an alternative, that I think they had to play with. But, it was very much set from the very beginning, and Joss had in mind to tell the story that he told... and I was very game for that, as well, because I think it really gives [the movie] sort of an emotional twist to it. A surprise."

However, if and only if Marvel does consider bringing Quicksilver back to life, how is it going to be possible?

Well there is actually a potion called Terrigen Mist that could possible help the superhero live again. The potion is described below as,

"The inhabitants of the Marvel Comics universe have believed that Terrigen Mists were toxic for regular Homo sapiens. When the depowered mutant Quicksilver subjected himself to the Mist, he gained the ability to travel through time as an acute enhancement to his former super-speed. Luna, Quicksilver's half-human half-inhuman daughter, gains psychic abilities from the Mists allowing her to see emotional auras emanating from individuals."
