In a recent report published by Phone Arena, it cited a report on a Weibo that Microsoft would probably go straight to Lumia 950 name and since Microsoft had already adapted Apple's two variants of flagships starting off with Lumia 640, the Lumia 950 is expected to come with a larger variant too.

As per previous rumors, Microsoft is in the works of two new flagship phones dubbed as "Cityman" and "Talkman". If the rumors are to be believed, these devices could be the Lumia 950/950XL.

Bu there had been "slight" difference on the previous leaked specs. The smaller Lumia device will sport a 5.2inch screen with 1080p display, instead of the previously rumored QHD display. Under the hood, would be a Qualcomm Snapdragon supported by a 32GB of internal storage, while its RAM was not disclosed we may expect to see a 2GB or 3GB of RAM on the Lumia 950.

While the larger device, which we may presume the Lumia 950 XL, it will pull off a 5.7inch screen with 1440p display. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragron 810 chipset, but could possibly change to Snapdragon 820 as some phone manufacturers have been rumored to be on the works on their next flagship with the latest chipset.

Both Lumia devices will have a 20MP rear camera, and 5MP front snapper, and will run on Windows 10 which goes official in a few days.

As for the price, it was rumored to cost more than the iPhone series as it will sport a triple LED flash, an iris scanner for biometric authentication and will be clad in polycarbonate shell.
