Oprah Winfrey As ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ Host? Report Also Wants Tyra Banks To Replace Trump

What if "Celebrity Apprentice" will have a woman as host? More and more women are becoming successful CEOs around the world. If Oprah Winfrey were to lead the board room as the new "Celebrity Apprentice" host, maybe things will turn out better.

A report by Kendyl Kearly of Bustle imagines the show with a new "Celebrity Apprentice" host. On the list are 10 people who she thinks should audition for the role, including Oprah Winfrey and Tyra Banks.

"Although I question the entertainment conglomerate for deciding to work with Trump in the first place, this is actually a pretty good idea," the writer said.

For her, Oprah Winfrey as the new "Celebrity Apprentice" host will be a hobby for the woman who has inspired many people just by being on television.

Bustle said she is likely "one of the only people wealthy enough to bankroll it," referring to Donald Trump giving $20,000 to a losing apprentice after asking nicely to the host.

"Honestly, hosting something like 'Celebrity Apprentice' would probably just be a hobby for Oprah, but I really miss seeing her host a show!" Kearly wrote.

Aside from being a celebrated talk show host, Oprah Winfrey is also an entrepreneur. In 1986, she founded Harpo Productions Inc. and purchased a production studio in Chicago in 1988, Entrepreneur.com reported.

She then started taking over the production of her own show. According to the report, she became the wealthiest woman in show business by the end of the 1990s.

Meanwhile, Bustle also suggested top model and businesswoman Tyra Banks as the new "Celebrity Apprentice" host if things will not work out so well with Oprah Winfrey.

She studied at Harvard Business School and also started her own production company Bankable Productions.

"Because nobody really watches 'America's Next Top Model' anymore, Banks should just transition to 'The Apprentice,'" the report said.

Apart from these two prominent women, the report also imagined Maya Rudolph, Retta, Mindy Kaling and Yvette Nicole Brown as the suggested "Celebrity Apprentice" hosts.

Since Donald Trump is running for political office, the Board Room seat is now up for grabs.
