Two "Breaking Bad" houses where fictitious character Jesse Pinkman cooked methamphetamine are up for sale in Albuquerque but here's the catch - there's no meth lab included.

The "Breaking Bad" houses were featured in AMC's hit TV series and is located in the Albuquerque Country Club area, off Historic Route 66 and Central Avenue.

At one point in the TV show, the house was listed for $850,000 but in real life, the property is listed for $1.6 million.

In a report by Today.com, Susan C. Feil and her daughter Alicia Feil Peterson, associate brokers for Coldwell Banker, revealed that the two-story Spanish Colonial revival house went on market Tuesday.

"The owners contacted us because we have a reputation for doing real estate in Albuquerque and marking unique properties," Alicia said. "They thought that this was definitely going to be a unique opportunity that would appeal to a variety of buyers, not just in our market, but globally."

The house, advertised in BreakingBadHouse.com, is a 3,500 square foot, 4 bedroom property built by Leon Watson constructed of hollow clay tile.

"The doors, windows, chimneys and fireplaces are framed with stone work, anchored by original wood floors provide a richness and depth only seen in historical homes," the website reads, promising that the property "enjoys the luxuries of an updated HVAC, electrical, plumbing, a luxurious master suite and a gourmet kitchen while retaining the authenticity of design."

"Live like Jesse. Meth lab not included," the website's home page reads.

Aside from Jesse Pinkman's meth pad featured in the Emmy-winning TV series, another "Breaking Bad" house is up for sale -- Elliot and Gretchen Schwart's new house featured in the final season of the series. The property is up for $2.65 million.

"Breaking Bad" may have been off air for about two years now but it continues to be a cult phenomenon. In 2013, a fan of the series bought the famous white briefs worn by Walter White in the first episode of the show for $10,000.
