Jan 19, 2013 08:16 PM EST | By Staff Reporter

Outback Steakhouse is pairing its award-winning steaks with new Lobster Mac. For a limited time, guests can enjoy a Signature Sirloin, served alongside the new chef crafted Lobster Mac, a creamy macaroni and cheese made with delicate lobster meat baked with cheddar-jack cheese and crispy bacon, topped for a crunchy finish.

For guests looking for a different spin on the pairing, the steak is also available with seasoned and seared Shrimp & Scallops served over diced mango salsa. Each option comes with a choice of freshly-made side and prices start at only $12.99*.

"People know that we're great at steak," said Outback Steakhouse Chief Marketing Officer, Mike Kappitt .  "Now our chefs have created an amazing lobster macaroni and cheese dish to pair with our award-winning steak."

In Australia there's a fresh take on life. At Outback that fresh spirit inspires every single dish. Outback's commitment to freshness means that food is made with the highest quality ingredients, fresh to order and to each guest's specifications. In fact, Outback Steakhouse was recently voted #1 Best Steak in the 2012 Zagat Survey of National Full-Service Restaurant Chains for the fourth consecutive year. Outback Signature steaks can be savored two ways: seasoned and seared with a secret blend of 17 spices, or wood-fire grilled to perfection. At down under prices, it's easier to enjoy a meal at Outback more often.
