Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen supposedly confirmed their dating status when the "Avengers" couple started going on public dates together last month.
They were first linked last May when rumors spread of the co-stars hooking up after filming the Hank Williams biopic, "I Saw The Light."
Things became blotchy, however, when the 26-year-old was linked to "Captain America" star Chris Evans.
Olsen allegedly used the rumors with the "War Horse" star to date Evans in secret. These speculations were soon disproved when Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen began making their dates quite public.
According to The Daily Mail, they were spotted getting cosy at Oxford late last month. Meanwhile, The National Enquirer reported that they're actually getting quite serious.
"They made a connection on the set," a source reportedly told The National Enquirer. "Now they're inseparable, and Elizabeth says she's ready for marriage and a family!"
US Weekly reported last May that they were just having a "casual" relationship. However, a couple of months later, it seems that the onscreen husband and wife's romance is more than just a fling.
"They've been talking constantly," US Weekly quoted their source as saying. "It's been good for the both of them, they really care for each other. Neither of them are looking to jump into a large commitment, but it's getting more serious."
On the other hand, neither stars have officially come out to address the rumors or declare their real status. Could they be pulling another Benedict Cumberbatch on fans?
Meanwhile, being the Internet darling that he is, Hiddleston received congratulations from fans in the best way they knew how - through memes.
The Marvel geeks referred to their "Avengers" connection, others are already waiting for the wedding bells to ring, while some felt devastated about the news.
