A few weeks ago, Hugh Jackman teased about the inclusion of Sabretooth in "Wolverine 3."

"There were lots of calls for Victor Creed to come back," the 46-year-old actor revealed to Sydney Confidential.

That's the real name of the animalistic mutant and he is also the half brother of Logan, or popularly known as Wolverine.

Two actors have played Sabretooth in separate Marvel movies: Tyler Mane played the character in "X-Men" back in 2000 while Liev Schreiber took over the role in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" in 2009. One of the actors teased his followers on Twitter by replying to Hugh Jackman's post.

"Let's do this! How's with me!? #WOLFPACK vs. #DOGPOUND," the Aussie actor wrote. "@RealHughJackman do I have to do that..." Schreiber replied. Many people thought that he was referring to the rumors that Sabretooth will be joining "Wolverine 3."

During a guest appearance at "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," the 47-year-old actor tried to explain his Twitter post.

"People have surmised that from my tweet, but I wasn't. I was really just saying is that something I have to do as I get older. Is that how I approach middle age? Like that," Liev said as reported by Cinema Blend.

Jimmy Fallon also asked the partner of British actress Naomi Watts if he's interested in reprising his role.

"Well, what I heard was... I don't know if I'm invited... But I heard that the storyline is Old Man Logan," Live Schreiber teased. "And when I heard that, I thought, 'Well, you know there's old man Logan, there could be old man Sabretooth.' The two of us like walkers," he added.

During the San Diego Comic-Con, Hugh Jackman revealed the storyline of "Wolverine 3" and the future of his character.

"I've got three words for you guys: Old Man Logan," the actor spilled out. "As I promised, this next time is my last time putting on the claws, it's one last time," he added.
