Disney and Pixar announced back in March that "Frozen 2" is really happening.

Walt Disney's Chief Creative Officer John Lasseter revealed the good news during the company's annual shareholder meeting. He also confirmed that award-winning directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck will be back to work on the sequel.

Many fans are eager to find out more details about the second installment of "Frozen" including its cast, plot, and release date.

According to The Telegraph, Disney has three films due out before "Frozen 2" including 2018's "Moana" which means that the sequel could be released in the same year or in 2019.

"We're not demanding speed," Walt Disney's CEO Robert Iger said. "We're demanding excellence."

With regards to "Frozen 2" cast, Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell will be reprising their roles Elsa and Anna respectively. Josh Gad who starred as Olaf and Jonathan Groff who played Kristoff would most probably be back in the sequel.

When it comes to the "Frozen 2" plot, many speculations have been coming out - from having a new love interest to introducing a new villain.

Just recently, a fan-made trailer of the Disney animated blockbuster became viral as it revealed the evil side of Elsa.

BloodBlitz created a video parody entitled "Frozen: Attack of the Ice Queen" and its description said, "Disney's Frozen re-edit to make Elsa look like the villain, killing her sister and her parents."

According to Entertainment Weekly, Elsa appeared to be a demented child who always had it out for her sister and parents.

The trailer isn't really advisable to be shown to small children because they may have a wrong impression of Elsa. There were some violent scenes as well including blood coming out from the adorable Olaf and a giant snowman attacking Anna and Kristoff.

During an interview with MTV, Chris Buck revealed how careful they are when it comes to the story of the sequel.

"When the kids [watch] them, they watch them over and over again, and if we don't have a decent message in there, I think we've missed an opportunity," the director explained.

Since the directors are aware that they have a young audience, then what was shown in the fan-made trailer most probably won't be featured in "Frozen 2."
