Xbox live free games for the month of October 2015 is here.
Microsoft kept its promise to double up the free games for its Xbox Live members. Like the previous months, the Redmond tech giant brings a total of four free games for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 which each console will get two free titles revealed by Major Nelson.
First on the list, Telltale's "The Walking Dead" will be free on Xbox One from Octo.16 to Nov. 15 and Xbox 360 consoles on the second of October.
Xbox One console owners with active Xbox Live with Gold subscription will also receive "The Complete First Season" edition, which includes the bonus storyline "400 Days," Tech Times reported.
In addition to Xbox One free titles, "Valiant Hearts: The Great War" will be free throughout the next month.
Also, "Tomb Raider: The Definitive Edition" has been added as a free game for Xbox Live members with Gold subscriptions until Oct. 15.
"'Tomb Raider: The Definitive Edition' acts as a remastered version of the game, which is basically the same game but now with rebuilt graphics that take advantage of the newer generation console," MNR Daily reported.
Last, "Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes" originally priced at $19.99 completes the list of the Xbox Live with Gold free games line-up for the month of October 2015.
Meanwhile, Microsoft already confirmed that all Xbox 360 games from the Games with Gold program will be included on Xbox Backwards compatibility feature which will be included on Xbox One's major update that will go official in November, according to Express.
This feature will highlight over 100 Xbox 360 games playavble on Xbox One in which more games will be added in the months to come. This feature also includes screenshots, streaming, and game DVR, Gematsu reported.
The next update will also integrate Windows 10 into the Xbox One to bring a whole new gaming experience.
