While fans patiently wait for the force to arrive as "Star Wars Episode 7" release date draws near, new details involving possible plot spoilers have emerged.
Apparently, director J.J. Abrams himself had revealed the details that could possible suggest details about the sci-fi film's story.
In an interview with Collider, Abrams gamely discussed his favorite character in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," and by doing so, he may have revealed plot spoilers.
Apparently, Gwendoline Christie's Captain Phasma is Abrams' favorite character in the film.
"I can only say that Gwendoline Christie is my favorite," he revealed. "She just killed it. You think, 'Well, what? It's wearing a costume.' But it's a lot to wear and to have a performance when you're wearing that requires a different kind of skill set and an additional talent, and she's got it."
Christie's character was previously revealed in an image released by Disney, Collider reported on a separate article.
"Not only does it feature an impressive display of the Empire's shock troops and laser cannon fodder, it also hides some familiar-yet-redesigned vehicles on the periphery," the publication reported. "You'll also notice the back of the shiny, polished helmet belonging to, presumably, Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie)."
While it seemed like Christie's role as Captain Phasma will embark on exciting adventures, Abrams is confident that the "Game of Thrones" actress is perfect for the role and it was reflected the moment she saw Gwendoline wearing the costume.
"It's an incredible thing to work with her," Abrams added. "I am glad that a character has been designed that is visually as stunning as that is, because she deserves it and the fans do to. When I first saw that design my mind was blown because it looked so undeniable."
Meanwhile, a more detailed "Star Wars Episode 7" plot spoilers has been revealed by Making Star Wars.
Accordingly, a scene involving Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Maz Kanata (Lupita Nyong'O) was leaked.
The said scene revealed how Han Solo was asking for Kanata's help in her castle.
Additional "Star Wars Episode 7" plot spoilers also involved Rey (Daisy Ridley) being wowed by the green planet after landing using the Millennium Falcon.
The leaked script read below:
"Han asks Maz for help. The history between Han Solo and Maz comes up (apparently they didn't end on the best of terms).
Rey and Finn have drinks while Han and Maz talk off to the side.
Rey gets into some trouble with a patron. Finn tries to help her but Chewbacca shows up just in time to save the day and deal with the thug.
Han Solo gives one more impassioned plea to Maz. She seems reluctant."
