Miss Snapchat's rainbow puke filter? Apparently, there's a way to get it back.

Snapchat first gave its users the ability to send snaps of themselves puking rainbows last month's update. It became an instant hit but it went missing leaving many disappointed.

Snapchat later explained that the newly-introduced filter wasn't pulled out but merely pushed out of the queue with the addition of newer ones. The company clarified that new filters will be introduced regularly teasing the rainbow filter could return someday.

"Though Snapcat swaps in new lenses each day, you can revert to previous ones that have disappeared by changing the date in your device's main settings," Mashable said.

To do this, go to Settings > General > Date & Time then turn off "set automatically" for iOS devices. For Android, head to Settings > Date & Time and clear "automatic date and time."

From there, the website said users should set the date back to when the filters/lenses were available. For the first batch, set Sept. 15, 2015.

Mashable did warn though that leaving the wrong date on your device isn't a good thing "as it could mess with other apps." The website recommended changing it back to automatic after you're done sending a rainbow puke snap.

And if you want that filter as your Halloween get-up, YouTuber GettingPretty has you covered. She was kind enough to post a tutorial on how to do the Snapchat rainbow makeup.

Check out her video below:

According to Digital Spy, this Snapchat-inspired Halloween makeup won't cost as much as other costumes but it'll definitely help you stand out.

"All you need is some white eyeliner, black mascara, some multicoloured facepaint for the rainbow [vomit] and a reasonably steady hand."

As it stands, there are ways to get your Snapchat rainbow puke fix, both in and out of the app.
