Khloe Kardashian's relationship with Lamar Odom is already a complicated one after their break up a few years ago.
To top off, Odom recently suffered major health damages due to a drug overdose.
Things seem hard enough without the help of Twitter users accusing Khloe Kardashian of having two men in her life (Odom and James Harden) and suggesting she should break up with one of them.
In a series of Twitter rants, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star fired shots and reminded everyone that Lamar Odom broke their marriage vows in the first place. This after she Tweeted about her boyfriend, James Harden's basketball game, Nov. 18.
"You can't be with harden and still be married fam, gotta choose one," a Twitter user wrote.
"For better or worse sickness and health till death do them part. I'm with you she needs to pick one or the ou," another Twitter user said.
Khloe Kardashian was quick to retort, "You should have said those to the man who went against all our vows. Judge yourself. F**k off,"

Khloe Kardashian also addressed another Twitter user who accused her of being with Lamar Odom solely to "look good for the media."
"Ummmmm how does that look good in the media?" Kardashian replied. "He wasn't picking roses my friend. Get off my d*ck."

Khloe Kardashian went on to say that her break up with Lamar Odom will soon be finalized through divorce in the coming days.
"Divorce is still going forward. Doesn't mean I won't be there through sickness and health. I've proven that," said Khloe Kardashian, who reportedly never left Lamar Odom's bed side while he was in a coma.
This after Odom was found unconscious in a Vegas brothel on Oct. 13. It was later on revealed that the pro baller overdosed on drugs and alcohol.
Later on, Khloe Kardashian explained that she was on medications, which was causing her to rant.
"I think the painkillers I'm on and tweeting is probably not the best thing," she wrote. "Signing off.... Antibiotics +painkillers + tweeting does not equal anything good lol."
