The 29-year-old actress decided to end her five-year marriage with the former "Beverly Hills 90210" actor so she can pursue her other goals in life.
"They fight about her career," an insider revealed to Us Weekly. "He would prefer she focus on the family more than being obsessed with getting roles." Ever since the brunette beauty ended her relationship with the 42-year-old actor, she has become very busy with new projects including the popular TV show "New Girl."
Megan Fox will continue to appear in the comedy series until Zooey Deschanel returns from her maternity leave. The actress' character will debut on the show next year and she is most probably the new love interest of Jake Johnson as they were spotted making out on set.

The 37-year-old actor was spotted with a pouty look after the newly single actress walked off the set suggesting that he didn't want Megan to go. Jake has been married to artist Erin Payne since 2006 so it's quite unlikely for him to act that way towards his co-star.
