‘The Voice’ Season 9 Top 9: Korin Bukowski Fumbles Her Lyrics, The 3rd To Exit Live Shows

This week has been generally successful for "The Voice" Season 9 as seven of the Top 10 have made it to the Top 10 iTunes Charts, leaving Zach Seabaugh, Korin Bukowski and Braiden Sunshine most vulnerable to reaching the Top 9 artists.

R. City and Adam Levine opened the show with "Locked Away" before the Top 9 for "The Voice" Season 9 were revealed.

Then the announcement began with Team Blake's Emily Ann Roberts being the first to be saved in the eliminations. Emily Ann Roberts' cover of "She's Got You" on Monday night managed to land in No. 5 of the Top 10 iTunes Charts.

In a totally expected announcement, the second saved artist to be called is Team Adam's Jordan Smith, who had been consistently on top since Week 1 of the Live Shows. His cover of "Hallelujah" made it to No. 2 in the iTunes Charts.

Shortly after the break, Team Gwen's Jefferey Austin and Team Blake's Barrett Baber were told they were moving on with the competition. Baber's "I'd Just Love To Lay You Down" cover clinched No. 3 in the iTunes charts while Austin's cover of Labrinth's "Jealous" scored No. 8.

Pharrell gave a sigh of relief when the next saved artist was Madi Davis, the only remaining contestant in his team. All three artists of Team Adam are still in the competition as the public also saved Amy Vachal. Buddy TV, in its report, said that it was embarrassing how Daly announced Vachal's safety by saying: "Brooklyn representin' in the semifinals!"

It was only down to four but before host Carson Daly could call another set of saved artists, Sia gave an amazing performance of her current hit, "Alive." Then Daly announced that the next two saved artists are from Team Blake: Zach Seabaugh and Shelby Brown, which means all three artists of Blake and Adam are still intact while two of Gwen's artists would have to battle it out for the Instant Save.

For the third week in a row, Korin Bukowski is in the bottom two and it may have taken its toll, as this week, Korin fumbled and forgot the lyrics of her song, "Try" by Colbie Caillat. Music Times commented that Korin seemed to handed the Twitter save to Braiden and her defeat was "heartbreaking."

Braiden Sunshine, on the other hand, took on Maroon 5's "Harder to Breathe," and Adam was quick to jokingly comment that Braiden has a good taste in music.

Although the votes was so close, the Twitter save went to Braiden Sunshine.

Next week will be very tough for the contestants as the Top 9 of "The Voice" Season 9 would be cut to only four. The Top 4 will then advance to "The Voice" Season 9 semifinals.
