Fifth Harmony's sophomore album is already nearing completion and Camila Cabello, in a recent interview, revealed that the group will be releasing a brand new single from the much anticipated new album.

Bustle, in its report, said that Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello confirmed during a backstage interview as the KIIS FM Jingle Ball Concert that they are already in the "last days" of the recording process. Cabello added that they will be releasing a new single very soon, which she considers her favorite among the cuts in their upcoming sophomore LP.

"There's this one song that we recorded today that I'm really excited about," said Camila Cabello about the new single Fifth Harmony will be releasing. "Because, lyrically, I think it's the best of the entire album. I can't say the title, but I'm really excited about it, and it's going to come out pretty soon, which is going to be fun."

Fifth Harmony has long teased fans about their sophomore album, saying it's a side of 5H no one has ever seen.

"This is definitely another level for us," said Fifth Harmony's Dinah Jane Hansen. "In the beginning, we were super happy. Our first album was very jumpy. This time, we're showing who Fifth Harmony really is behind closed doors."

In a separate interview, Hansen said that the new album will feature "that kind of sound," referring to a more mature sound. She also said that they became more personal with writing the songs in the upcoming album.

"At the end of the day, we'll have these little writing sessions in the studio. We're writing our own experiences about love and everything, stuff that's actually what's going on right now. We're all 18, 19, 22, so a lot is going on in our lives," Dinah Jane said.

"We're just happy that we get to finally have a say now with what we want and the direction that we want. We're hoping that the audience can tell," she added.
