Jordan Smith of Team Adam was hailed the winning artist of "The Voice" Season 9 and while stardom is already waiting for him, he said in a recent interview that he plans of first getting a good sleep after all the post-competition stuffs are over.

"I'm going to go and I'm going to sleep for probably like three days once this is all over," Jordan Smith said (via People) in a press conference after "The Voice" Season 9 finale. "Just not get out of bed."

But aside from getting enough sleep, Jordan Smith also plans of chasing his dreams, including a stint in the Super Bowl. He said, "I'd love to sing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. I think that'd be amazing."

His coach, Adam Levine, who was also present during the press conference, agreed to Smith's plan. "I think that's a great idea," Levine said.

The 21-year old "The Voice" champion also admitted that he acknowledges that the journey ahead will be more challenging, saying, "The show ['The Voice' Season 9] is nothing compared to what's next."

"I'm ready to start writing music and putting music out there and working hard to make this happen for myself and make place for myself in the industry," Smith added.

Aside from fame and success, Smith thought "The Voice" has helped him overcome his self-confidence issues.

"It means a ton. Slowly throughout the show, it just proved that those things don't matter... It's really special to hear at the end of a show like this, to be celebrated because of those differences," he said.

In a separate interview with Today, Smith said that his physical appearance is not what's important. "This whole time I've been proving that those things aren't really what matters. When I won the show, it was just kind of a big moment for me, and I proved to myself, like, what's on the outside doesn't matter. It's all about what's in your heart and what you love to do and doing those things," he said.
